	To convert a text URL to a numerical equivalent, use on of:

	* dig

	* host 

	* nslookup


	e.g.,  "host www.google.com"  will return numerical
	values for the URL.


	A list of numerical URLs can be handy the next time
	all of Comcast's domain name servers are down again.
